威海市文登区：松风水韵舞太极

日前，威海文登南海新区100多名太极爱好者在香水河畔与万亩松林间举办太极拳主题展演活动。

随着悠扬的音乐响起，太极拳、太极剑、太极扇等项目轮番登场，表演者身着统一服饰，身姿如松立岸，动作似水流淌，刚柔并济的招式中尽显中华传统武术的深邃底蕴，孩子们活力十足的传统武术表演更添灵动，一招一式引得观众阵阵喝彩。

这次太极展演活动既是南海新区响应“全民健身”的生动实践，更是推动“体育+生态+文化”深度融合的具体探索。通过将传统武术文化融入生态场景，让群众在自然中享受运动乐趣，沉浸式体验传承中华优秀传统文化。

A few days ago, more than 100 Taijiquan fans in Weihai Wendeng Nanhai New Area held Taijiquan themed performances between the perfume River and the 10000 mu pine forest.

As the melodious music played, Tai Chi Chuan, Tai Chi Sword, Tai Chi Fan and other events took turns to perform. The performers dressed in uniform, their posture was like standing on a pine shore, and their movements flowed like water. The combination of rigid and flexible moves fully demonstrated the profound essence of traditional Chinese martial arts. The energetic traditional martial arts performances of the children added liveliness, and each move and move attracted cheers from the audience.

This Tai Chi exhibition is not only a vivid practice of Nanhai New Area in response to the “National Fitness“ initiative, but also a concrete exploration to promote the deep integration of “sports+ecology+culture“.
